A self-locking nut is a nut where the upper threaded portion of the nut is deliberately deformed out of round. This enables the nut threads to tightly bind together and prevents the nut from coming loose in high vibration applications.

An anchor nut is a self-locking nut that is used in blind applications where access to one side of the application material is limited.

A wrench nut is a self-locking nut that needs access to both sides of the material for installation.

Gang channel has a series of self-locking nuts placed in a track for easy installation. Gang channels are offered in a variety of shapes including straight, radius or race track.
