What are 7 Type fuses? 7 Type fuses are cylindrical fiber tube fuses with threaded ends designed for the telecommunications industry. 7 Type fuses are rated at 7 amps and are typically used in wall type main distribution frames and central battery substations. The 11 Type fuse is identical to the 7 Type fuse except that it has ventilation slots on the fiber tube.
