Semiconductor Fuse - 250 Volts Semiconductor Fuse - 250 Volts
Data Sheets »
The 250 volt semiconductor fuse is a current limiting, very fast-acting fuse rated to 250 volts AC and up to 250 volts DC. Current ratings range from 1 to 2,500 amps. The maximum interrupting rating is 200,000 amps AC and 100,000 DC. Bussmann offers a ferrule style version with dimensions of 14x51mm. Optional blown fuse indication features are available. These fuses are UL Recognized.
Semiconductor fuses offer a low melting I²t and a low peak let-through current. These fuses are designed to protect diodes, thyristors, triacs, transistors and other solid-state power semiconductor devices.
Littelfuse offers a 250 volt semiconductor fuse using the POWR-GARD™ trade name.
