Semiconductor Fuse - 150 Volts Semiconductor Fuse - 150 Volts
Data Sheets »
The 150 volt semiconductor fuse is a current limiting, very fast-acting fuse rated up to 150 volts AC and DC. Ampere ratings range from 1 to 6,000 amps. The maximum interrupting rating is 200,000 amps AC and 100,000 amps DC. A 100,000 amp AC interrupting rating is most typical. A ferrule fuse version with dimensions of 10x38mm and 21x51mm, depending on the current rating, is also offered. Optional blown fuse indication features are available on some versions. These fuses are UL Recognized.
Semiconductor fuses offer a low melting I²t and a low peak let-through current. These fuses are designed to protect diodes, thyristors, triacs, transistors and other solid-state power semiconductor devices.
Mersen, Littelfuse and Bussmann offer a 150 volt semiconductor fuse. Mersen uses the Amp-Trap® Form 101 brand name. Littelfuse uses the POWR-GARD™ trade name.
