The MINI® style automotive blade fuse offers similar electrical characteristics in a smaller package than the ATO style fuse. It is used in a wide range of low voltage automotive and electronic applications. An alternative design featuring a three part construction and a see through window for blown fuse indication is available. Additional designs offering direct through-hole PCB soldering and a lower profile design are also available. They are color coded for amperage identification. Automotive blade MINI® Style fuses are fast acting and are offered with 32, 58, and 125 volt DC ratings. Ampere ratings range from 1 to 30 amps. The standard 32 volt MINI® fuse is built in accordance with the UL 248-14, Special Purpose Fuse standard. Agency approvals vary for other versions of the MINI® style fuse.
Littelfuse offers several variations of the MINI® auto blade style fuse and markets them using the MINI®, FK1 MINI®, FUN MINI® and FP1 MINI® brand names. Bussmann offers the standard 32 volt DC version and the low profile version under the ATM Mini-Fuse® brand name.
