Fuses Unlimited is the largest specialty distributor of fuses and related circuit protection devices in the United States. We have been serving both the electronic and electrical markets for over 45 years and have over 8,000 active accounts. Principal authorized product lines include Bussmann, Littelfuse (Master Distributor), Ferraz Shawmut, Magnum, Schurter, Wickmann, G.E., Siba, Feller, Carling Technologies, Eaton/Heinemann, Airpax, CBI, Power Dynamics, Panduit and AEM, Inc. Fuses Unlimited is ISO 9001:2000 Registered. Operations are conducted from our corporate office and warehouse facility in Chatsworth, California, regional distribution centers in Dallas, Texas and Strongsville, Ohio and a sales office in Fremont, California. The company has grown both through internal expansion and a carefully executed strategic acquisition campaign. The original Fuses Unlimited was founded in the mid 1950’s and serviced the Southern California market. In 1984, Fuses Unlimited acquired Fusecom, the leading regional fuse specialist serving the Northern California and Pacific Northwest markets. Western Fuse, located in the San Diego, was acquired in 1987. In 1991, Fuses, Inc. the largest fuse specialist in the Texas market, was acquired. In January 1996, Fuse World, Inc. , the leading fuse specialist in the Midwest was acquired. A summary of our acquisition history is as follows:

While our preference is to retain the existing management, orderly management transitions are also of interest.
